Toddler drowns in Parkland pool – Miami Herald
A 15-month-old boy has drowned after being found in a Parkland pool on Wednesday, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. The child was found about 3:45 p.m. in the pool of a home in the 6000 block of Northwest 75th Way, BSO said. When paramedics

It is obvious that parents are not undrestanding the important layers of protection needed to prevent this horrible tragedy.
